What is the shelf life of e-NRG bioethanol fuel?

The shelf life is 3 years if kept in a tightly sealed container and in a cool, dry area (approx 69°F).

Do I need a Chimney, vent or flue?

You can install a bioethanol fireplace without a chimney or flue, because ethanol-fuelled appliances burn clean and do not contribute particulates or emissions to the indoor environment, unlike other fuel source appliances. They do not generate smoke, ash, soot or residue and ethanol fires burn odourless. The only combustion product is carbon dioxide (CO2) and water vapour in the same amounts as we exhale.

Is this the same ethanol I can buy at gas stations?

No. The ethanol sold at gas stations is in no way similar to e-NRG.

Are bioethanol fireplaces refilled?
