When placing an order with EcoSmart Fire, you can choose from 2 shipping options. To ensure your order is processed without delay, please identify your shipping preference at the time of order along with any special delivery instructions. EcoSmart Fires ship from Los Angeles, California.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping provides ground delivery to the curb and does not include inside delivery, packaging removal, or assembly.
Pickup
Warehouse Pickup is available at no charge from our warehouse located in Los Angeles, CA (90220). Please contact customer service at +1 (888) 590 3335 to schedule your pickup in advance. Please note 24 hour notice is required for all pickups. e-NRG is not available for pickup and will ship from our St. Louis warehouse to the addressed provided at the time of order.
Important Shipping Notes
An order confirmation following receipt of your order will advise the most accurate Expected Ship Date as known at the time of order. Should this change in any way, we will contact you directly.
e-NRG Bioethanol ships separately from EcoSmart Fire orders and as such may arrive on a different day. An individual tracking number for your e-NRG Bioethanol order will be emailed to you.
Quoted delivery prices are flat rate anywhere in the Continental United States. If shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, please contact us for a custom shipping quote. Outdoor covers ship for free when shipping with an EcoSmart Fire.
All shipments to Nantucket Island and Martha's Vineyard will be shipped to Cape Cod Express only and all island delivery charges are the responsability of the ultimate consignee.
Warranty Information
At EcoSmart Inc, we believe in supplying you with the best, most user friendly fireplace and providing you with the means to keep it that way. Many aspects of the EcoSmart Fire are hand-produced, hand-finished and use natural materials, which makes them subject to variations in finish and size.
All of our pieces will mature and age over the course of time, through natural processes associated with use and with heat and flame. These changes are an essential part of the dynamic of the piece. EcoSmart Inc reserves the right to make minor amendments without prior notice.
Outlet Warranty
We don't provide any warranty for products sold under these sales conditions, nor can we accept returns of goods purchased from the outlet store.
These conditions are reflected in the discounted prices.
Any damage done to the model is purely superficial and in no way affects their functionality or safety.

Flame Regulation
Easy flame control that enables you to regulate the amount of heat being generated and, therefore, the amount of fuel consumed. Provides a highly economical, efficient ethanol burner.
Clean Burning
The BK2UL holds 2 Litres of environmentally-friendly eNRG bioethanol fuel, providing a flame that burns for up to 4 hours.
No Flue, No Chimney
The BK2UL is fuelled by bioethanol, so you don’t need to flue out any harmful emissions or install costly ventilation systems.
